Gas Cooling Unit is used for cooling before the Jet Pulse dust collection system in cases where the dust or gas to be removed from the environment is hot. In this way, the temperature of the dust or gas to be disposed of is reduced to a certain extent and the filters used in the Jet Pulse dust collection system are prevented from being deformed due to temperature.
The control panel is specially designed by our automation team so that the Gas Cooling Units we manufacture can work synchronously with the machine or station to be served. Remote start/stop, operation, status signals and alarm signals of the Gas Cooling Units in the control panel prepared by our automation team can be given to the operation as dry contact, allowing remote machine control and traceability.
Gas Cooling units are generally used in the casting industry to cool the hot gas before it enters the dust collection system. In the production of cooling units, it is very important to design the cooling pipes inside together with the cooling fans at the required power according to the capacity calculations in order to provide the required flow. High-flow cooling fans provide air to the surfaces of the pipes in the unit and the gas passing through the pipes is cooled. The particles that come out with the gas under the Gas Cooling unit are taken from the cleaning bucket at the bottom.
